Bastille Day at Le Chateau - 2024
Hope you all had a great 4th of July, or whatever the equivalent is where you live.
It's been a tough year so far for the Donneliscias, but France has its marvels. I bought a triple threat ticket at the Chateau de Versailles for a "serenade", concert, and "grand finale", not realizing that I was booking for ... Bastille Day. Nor what those words really meant. Boy was I in for a treat. It was an evening straight out of a fairy tale and I'm still pinching myself.
